What we store

Your name and email address, the photos you upload, the videos generated from them, and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Card details go to them and never reach our servers.

Your photos

Uploaded photos are stored privately and are readable only by your account. They are shared with our video generation provider through temporary links that expire after a few hours, solely to render your tour.

Sharing a tour

A finished tour gets an unlisted link. Anyone holding that link can watch it, so share it only with people you intend to.

The Explore gallery

Finished tours appear in Explore, a gallery every signed-in agent can browse, together with the address you entered. It is what shows a new agent what the product makes. You can take any tour out of it from the tour's own page at any time, and it disappears from the gallery immediately.

Deleting your data

Deleting a tour removes its video and photos. Deleting your account removes everything associated with it.
